Qualifications : Diploma of Remedial Massage

Alex completed his diploma of remedial therapy at the Australian College of Massage.

Alex can help release muscular tension and stress, specialising in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, relaxation and deep tissue massage.

He has a keen interest in personal health and fitness and can be seen regularly around the gym.
